This is our MANIFESTO

We look around the world and understand that style is a life necessity, not a luxury. Each of us is a Stylist. This is not about what we do. What we do is the black and white outline. It's about how we do it. We color in everything and make it a masterpiece. We approach everything creatively, passionately, with all we have.

In everything, we see the opportunity to do it with style. Our work here makes all of us more luminous. It starts from within and makes the world around us a more fabulous place to live in. Style makes people feel good. Style is important.

We are renovating the home-based business model for our times. We are a billion dollar global brand in the making. It might not look like it now, but we act like it now. We invest our hearts, our smarts, and our unbending will to make it happen.

We are our only competitors. The way it's always been done is never flattering on us. We create. We reinvent. We learn. We get more creative. We do it better next time. We make no excuses. We find a way.

Because we know that success is not predetermined for the exclusive few. Success is nothing more than getting up every single morning, rolling up our stylish sleeves and getting to work.

And we make no apologies about benefiting from the success we work so hard for. We are here to make a living. And a fabulous one at that. Our income gives us peace of mind, pays the bills, buys take-out when we're busy, puts our kids through college, and gives opportunities to many other women along the way. We're proud of that.

Without each other, we have nothing. While we're all about personal accomplishment, the heart of our business is our connection with each other. As a company inspired by and created for women, it comes with the territory. Supporting each other is just how we do things.

We take each other as we come. We work together to make each other better than when we started. We keep it real. We keep it professional. And we lead by example. There is nothing we ask of others that we haven't done ourselves. We give more than we take.

Because we're in it to make a difference, not only in our own lives, but in the lives of others.

We are not in sales. We are in service. We love our customer and work to earn her love. We work even harder to deserve her continued devotion. We answer every email. We follow up on every phone call. We send a thank you note. We surprise and delight at every turn. Exceedingly personal service is our signature. When we are faced with a challenge, we meet it by making a real, personal connection. When we truly listen to and serve our customer, everything else follows. It's not any harder than that.

Because in our mirror, we see people better than they even see themselves. In our mirror, people look at themselves and say, "Wow."

We wear our hearts on our sleeves and sincere smiles on our faces. We celebrate the ordinary things that make life extraordinary. Negativity cramps our style. We approach everything we do with optimism and joie de vivre. We let it show.

We love what we do—with all the challenges, achievements, and growth that comes with it. And we throw one heck of a Hoopla to celebrate our successes. Styling our lives makes us happy, so that we can best make the people we love happy. It is our best gift to the world.
