How do I order online?

Once you've done your shopping, checking out is super easy and fast! You can always view what you've purchased by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top of the page. Once you are ready to check out, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to place your order. If you have questions, please contact your stylist.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept Mastercard, VISA and American Express. Orders are billed as they are placed.

 

Can I place an order by phone, fax or mail?

In order to get the best service we encourage you to place your order online. We understand, however, that this is not always an option. In this case, we recommend contacting your Stylist directly to place orders by phone or fax.

 

Can I change an order after it is placed?

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed online. Please contact your Stylist if you need to modify your order.

 

What if I have an out of stock item in my order?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed on our site and in our catalog, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If this is the case, the website will show the expected ship date. You can go ahead and place the order and it will ship immediately once it is back in stock, or you can add the item to your Wishlist and place the order at a later date.

 

Can I purchase a gift certificate online?

Currently we do not offer gift certificates online but we are working diligently to give you this option soon. Stay tuned for details!

 

If an item that I purchased goes on sale, do I get a price adjustment?

We do not offer price adjustments.

 

Why do I have to create an account to place an online order?

By creating an account, you will be able to check on the status of your orders, create Wishlists and reap other great Stella & Dot benefits. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information.

 

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can always ask your Stylist to check their personal web tracking service.

 

How is sales tax calculated?

The sales tax is calculated based on the location of the "Ship To" address.

 

Can I save items in my cart and come back to them later?

Of course! Sign in to your Stella & Dot account and add the desired items to your bag. The items will be saved in your bag so you can come back later to purchase.

 

Is my credit card information secure?

The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Stella & Dot.
